  • Workshops and field trips are open to members and non-members alike. Members pay discounted workshop and field trip fees.
  • Full payment is due by the Registration Deadline date.
  • You may be able to register late or even on the day of a workshop or field trip, but only if there are openings and at the discretion of the Program Committee and Instructor.
  • If you find you are registered for a workshop or field trip but cannot attend, we will fully refund your paid registration fees if you cancel prior to the Registration Deadline date, or if we can fill the position from the existing waitlist. Need to cancel? Send an e-mail to programs@vermontweaversguild.org and enter “Vermont Weavers Guild Registration” in the subject line.
  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop or field trip, we will notify registrants via email and will post the change on the Guild Member Forum groups.io.
