Cancellation by the Guild
In the event that the Guild must cancel a program, field trip or workshop, a member of the Program Committee will contact all program registrants. Whenever possible, the Program Committee will reschedule the event and will transfer the original registrations to the new date. Full refunds will be issued to registrants who are not able to attend on the revised date. If the workshop cannot be rescheduled, full refunds will be made to all paid registrants.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registered Participants
Unless otherwise noted, registration is required for all workshops. In order to retain space in a workshop or field trip, registrants must pay the full fee no later than the announced “close of registration date.” A registrant may withdraw from such an event before this date and receive a full refund of the registration fee. If a registration must be withdrawn after the “close of registration date,” no refund will be issued unless the vacancy can be filled from the waitlist. If not able to fill a vacancy from the waitlist, registrants who need to cancel their workshop or field trip participation may choose to find a replacement and arrange for payment on their own. The Program Committee has no responsibility to assist in finding a replacement, but they will try to assist if asked and needed.
