Weaving Silk Wire
with Laura Hacker

Guild member Laura Hacker will present her own work where she incorporates silk wire in her weavings to add structure and artistry.

Using fine silk-wrapped stainless-steel thread allows weavers to create a fabric that can be shaped to hold pleats or add dimension. Laura will share examples of her work — that is sure to get your creative juices flowing!
