Meetings: When and where we meet
We meet at the Kimball House, Randolph, Vermont. See
map.
Meetings begin at 9 am with an informal Show & Tell, library
access, coffee, tea and snacks. There’s a presentation at 10 am,
followed by a business meeting from 11:30 to noon, and a bag
lunch, and library access from 12 -1:00 pm.
Morning meetings and programs are free of charge to guild
members; and nonmembers may attend one meeting at no
charge.
Spring 2012
February 11 - The February Guild meeting
will be our ever popular show and tell, along with our
regular business meeting. Bring all your wonderful
handwovens for us to marvel over, be inspired from, and ask
questions about. Also, bring those "dogs" and mistakes that
we can all brainstorm about, and at the least, feel better
about the ones we didn't bring. Be brave, in both
categories.
After lunch, guild members will share,
through Powerpopint and talk, their experience with
FiberWorks PCW. If you are familiar with this program,
please come prepared to share your experience, and if you
don't even know what it is, plan to spend the afternoon
learning from your awesome guild mates.
Hope to see everyone again after our brief
hiatus. And by the way, at our business meeting we will be
looking for nominations for the Program Committee. Consider
joining us (Toby, Michele and Julie) to help plan the
upcoming events in your guild. See you on the 11th.
Directions to Kimball House
From I89 take exit 4 onto Rte66, head down hill to
Randolph. At the stop sign, keep going straight (south
on rte 12). Bear left (west) onto Rte12 (N. Main St.), Go
past Chandler Arts Center. Before the gazebo, bear left onto
South Pleasant Street. Take the next road on the left, which
is Randolph Ave. Kimball House is at the end of the street,
sitting at the top of the hill. The drive to the right leads
